Responsibilities:
Answering the phones and book reservations
Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
Keep the Lounge neat and clean
Serve beverage and food to customers
Manages and maintains safe working conditions
Maintains fast, accurate service and provides top-notch customer service to every guest
Works with Management Team to meet sales goals
